Tracey's passion is in collaborating with C-Suite and senior executives in order to positively impact the entire company.

As a former Fortune 10 award-winning executive, she knows first-hand that a team’s willingness to “take the hill” is directly attributed to how their leader leads and how the team shows up. Using her experience in multiple first-of-a-kind and one-of-a-kind leadership opportunities, Tracey focuses on coaching and consulting with teams and senior executives to bring their “best” to the table – every time.

Tracey earned her PCC credential from the International Coach Federation (ICF) and is also a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC). She is a practitioner in The Leadership Circle, Organizational Relationship System Coaching, PROSCI Change Management, and Hogan Leadership assessment.
