Jennifer is an experienced Co-Active Coach and an active member of International Coach Federation (ICF). She is a practitioner in many tools and approaches to create leadership impact: The Leadership Circle, Organizational Relationship Systems Coaching, PROSCI Change Management, MBTI and Organization Design through USC’s Center for Effective Organizations. Jennifer holds a PhD in Industrial and Organizational Psychology. She spends part of her free time traveling overseas and supporting non-profit organizations.
