Mary Ellen's diverse operational, technical, foreign affairs and policy experience across federal agencies called on all facets of leadership. Lessons learned were forged through fire and culminated in the highest-level career medaled award -- Secretary of Defense's Exceptional Civilian Service medal.

Having learned the power of a fully engaged and aligned team to do the impossible, Mary Ellen is committed to bringing that power to you and your teams. Throw in processes which encourage creativity and innovation and there is no stopping what you can achieve. She earned her Associate Certified Coach (ACC) from the International Coach Federation and is also a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC). In addition, Mary Ellen is a practitioner for: Leadership Circle, Conversational Intelligence, and  Organization and Relationship Systems Coaching.
